How to Login: To Power Lead System And Lead Lightning
1) Enter your Username and Password in the fields designated “Username” and “Password”. Your Username and Password are “case sensitive”, meaning that if you included capital letters in your Username and/or Password, then you must type them in the “Username” and “Password” fields exactly the same way.
2) Click the Login button.
Problems Logging In?
1) If the Login screen comes back with “You have provided invalid login information”, try to re-enter your Username and Password.
2) If you cannot remember your Username and/or Password, click on “Forgot / Lost Password?” under the Login button. Next, enter the Email address you have on record with us into the field just below the words, “Please enter your email address”, then click the “Email my Username/Password to me” button to receive your login information.Once you receive your Username and Password, save this information on your computer as well as in a secure place not on your computer. Should your computer ever crash, you’ll have access to your Username and Password once your system is operational.
3) If you have changed your Email address since you first subscribed to our service, but have not updated your account record, please note the following text, which appears below the “Email my Username/Password to me” button after you click on “Lost your Username & Password”
